Pack Your Product

Place the item securely in its original packaging, including all attachments, manuals, and cleaning formulas that were included in the box.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
